We use APC/DHL for our shipping and this relates to the UK mainland only:

  • Standard delivery – 2-3 working days -  FREE ON ORDERS OVER £150. ORDERS UNDER £150 ARE CHARGED AT £5.50

  • Express delivery - 1-2 working days with pre-12 delivery - £10.00 

Excluding Bank holidays.

Please note, that we are unable to accept responsibility if the shipper is unable to deliver a parcel on a Saturday. 


Please contact us regarding international shipments, we are able to ship products within Europe. Please note, we are unable to cover any duties or customs charges, these will need to be covered by the receiver. 


  • We are happy to receive your order online 

  • We will send an email to confirm that the order has been processed and the goods dispatched

  • We accept payment online by credit or debit card which is transacted by Worldpay/WIX/Paypal on a secure network (See Terms and Conditions)



  • Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 mean that if you buy online or by phone, your consumer rights entitle you to a full refund, if this is requested in writing within 14 working days of receipt of your goods.  This includes any standard delivery charge charged on your order, but excludes any charges incurred in returning the order to us.  If a return is not requested within 14 working days, we will refund the purchase price, but not any delivery costs incurred by us in sending the order to you or incurred by you in returning the goods to us

  • If you choose to cancel your order, we will return your payment

  • If you are in receipt of your goods when you cancel, please follow the procedure below to arrange the return

  • Please note that your payment will not be returned until the goods have arrived back with us and have been checked to ensure they are in the same condition as when they shipped

  • Please clearly mark your parcel ‘Returned Goods’ and ensure your personal details and order reference is included to help to expedite refund of payment


  • We offer a 30 day money back guarantee subject to the following points

  • If the goods you receive are faulty as at the day of delivery, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to make use of this money back guarantee

  • If you have purchased goods within the last 30 days and would like to return them, please email or call us to advise us of your decision

  • You will need to return the item/s, unused, in original packaging and in a resalable condition.  This should go to the returns address shown below

  • We reserve the right to determine in each case, whether the goods should be returned by you or if we will arrange collection.

  • We reserve the right to establish that the goods are not faulty as at the day of delivery

  • We do not automatically accept liability for faults in any goods that are returned

  • When the goods have been received, they will go through a control process to assess the position

  • If it is our opinion that the goods were not damaged or faulty at the date of delivery, you will be notified within 48 hours of receipt.

  • In such a case we will not issue a refund under the 30 day money back guarantee.  We can of course return the item to you at your cost.
